Create an AI / Bot Teams Channel

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop an AI/Bot Teams channel. This channel will enable users to ask questions in Teams, record user and question interactions in PowerApps, and allow the internal community to answer questions. The AI tool will also have the ability to remember previous results and present them when similar questions are asked in the future, enhancing the user experience and reducing the need for repetitive responses.

The initial Requestor data will be used to train the AI tool, allowing it to improve over time. The freelancer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing the AI/Bot Teams channel. They will work closely with our team to ensure that the channel meets our requirements and provides a seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, and AI/ML technologies. They should be highly proficient in programming languages such as C# and Python, and have a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
