Create a website in PHP - small project

General information for the website: Website - bulletin board, google maps, databases, web crawlers
Description of requirements/features: Will be provided
Extra notes: I need a website to be developed. This is not a full website, nor is it a huge project.

The developer should know:
PHP
CSS
HTML
JavaScript

Project is ongoing and requires commitment when needed. It will not be full time work, but work will be given on a week-week basis. Project should last approximately 3 weeks. Deadlines for tasks will need to be met, and cannot be negotiated! The developer should be committed to working on the project once agreed a rate/fee.

You will be asked to develop a small website that aims to promote Badminton, and will create an online society. This will include creating databases, a bulletin board, implementing Google Maps... and so forth. You should be able to know how to implement web crawlers too..

The full requirements and mockups for the project will be provided to the developer who agrees to fulfill the job.
