Create a Telegram Bybot and Trending Channel

I'm wanting to create a custom trending channel for coins on the TON blockchain on telegram. Now I dont want it to be like any normal trending channel. I want it to display a buy as an  image, which is linked below,  the image will be a card template (card game template) and I want it so if someone wanted to add our buybot, all they have to do Is send media(buyboy gif), send ca, and telegram/twitter link, and it all go inside the card so when a buy comes in it displays the info on the card, so not a typed message, an image will pop up with some custom things that are changed (the info off the coin and market cap relative to what the user has entered for the buybot. Now with regards to the trending channel, use normal trending channel logic, so the most trending buys from the coins that are set up for the coin are displayed in a leaderboard ranked 1-20, eventually when the channel gets big we also want to integrate a cost for a token trending for a certain amount of time in $TON, so they skip the actually trending part with a cost.
outcome for submission: 1. custom buybot in which the interface looks and displayed as a card. 2. A trending channel.
