Create a responsive week-view booking calendar

I'd like help with creating the front end elements of a booking calendar similar to that found here

The calendar will sit in a Ruby on Rails application. As a minimum it must:
- display a week's worth of days, with time slots ranging from 8am to midnight
- be swipeable on mobile devices
- have left and right arrows to scroll left and right through the time slots

Deliverables to be:
- html will filler content
- js files
- css files
- any images/vectors used
