Create a Multimedia Messaging Service .mms file to send via HTTP at clickatell.com

The part I need is the file at the end: xxxx.xx/xx.mms

Here's the job:
Build and compile the .mms file with two components:
1. image.gif
2. message.txt

Provide the text version of the .mms file plus a compiled version along with a copy of or a link to the compiler program used so
I can change and re-compile the .mms file later.

I'll provide the clickatell API ID and password for testing.
