Create a Joomla Plugin to Make Website Cookie Law Compliant

Make the site cookie law compliant by implementing cookie script on the site.

Also the plugin will create a menu item called 'Cookie Audit Report page'

This will take the user to the cookie audit report page which will list all the cookies on the site, their publisher, their length, their purpose, andb their name as per the attached document.

The cookie script plugin should only aopply to visitors from the UK.
