Coursework Title: Mastermind Client Program

I need to have a C program written that implements the following functions:

1- Connect to a Mastermind Server using a specific network IP address and port number.

2- Use a unique user ID to register with the Mastermind Server.

3- Perform initialization steps to join the active game session on the Mastermind Server.

4- Provide a user interface for the user to play the game.

5- Perform steps to properly logout and unregister from the Mastermind Server.

This coursework requires students to learn:

- Structured C programming with a variety of data types, flow of control techniques and program functions.

- Client server connectivity using a basic application programming interface.

- User interface design using basic text features in a console window.

- Rules for playing Mastermind, a code breaking game (see Wikipedia entry for Mastermind).

For your information this coursework contributes 20% to the unit mark and this coursework is not for final year project, I%u2019m first year undergraduate and my Coursework it is basic.

Students are required to submit their source code and user guide.
