Correct SVG Motion Path File to correct display size in Web page

This is a simple problem, we can not seem to be able to adjust the SVG motion file size to display on our website at the right dimensions.
We need your help to make it smaller so it fits the home page first page rather than being so large.

And it must work on a mobile phone too, with display corrected to fit screen or guidance given as to what to do with CSS to achieve it.
