I am needing a Web Application similar to https://remoteok.io for internal use in my company which has 10,000 staff over Africa and Philippines.
Requirements:

1. My HR want to create jobs and post on a job board similar to https://remoteok.io
2. View the application, and open PDF on line the web app
3. Select the best candidate and put in a group for interview on a calendar
4. Interviews has 3 stages of evaluation and at each stage, HR will add their comments and either accept the candidate to move to the next level or reject. HR can request another person to evaluate and add comments and date at which evaluation should be done. If comments is not added, workflow does not move to next stage. Each stage has a time limit for HR and other person to evaluate the candidate. And with email notification to the other person for every 3 days which has passed without any action.
5. Dashboard to view Status for all jobs posting with colour status to show if evaluation is expired or not.
6. Users should create their account and post their jobs using JWT and token expiration after a certain period of time.
7. One branch can have as 5 HRs (This can be treated similar to remoteok with one company having several HRs for exemple.)

Project should be finished within 2 weeks

DB: MariaDB & ElasticSearch
Front: Reactjs or Angular
