Convert to innobd and SQL optimisation

We recently upgraded to MariaDB 10.3 an some of the optimisation we had done last year has been reverted, so we looking for someone to convert the storage engine. It is recommended to switch to the innodb storage engine to resolve this issue as we getting alot of Waiting for table level lock which is effectively causing the CPU level to be unstable some time reaching 96.77 to 200%. and overall advanced slq optmisation.
