Convert from Mozilla thunderbird to Outlook

I currently use Mozilla Thunderbird on windows 8 using both Imap for my work email address and pop for my personal. I have become very frustrated with Mozilla and it constantly keeps crashing. I want to revert back to outlook which I have used in the past, I would need to purchase it for my laptop, I have a lot of old emails and folders I need to transfer across but I understand this can be difficult, looking to hire someone to manage the new setup and transfer across please?
