Convert Current Search Filtering To AJAX

HI, we have a filtering system at http://lhn.youthtravel.co.uk/deals/ it currently runs a MySQL query based on the selections in the dropdown. I need this to be changed to an AJAX based system so the results are changed when the filter dropdown are changed, without a page reload.

We have significant ongoing work for a candidate who is on hand to complete tasks quickly and efficiently. I'm looking for a very quick turnaround on this job and someone who is a good communicator.
