Convert bulleted list (html) to CSV

Description of requirements/functionality: We have a (large) HTML file which is currently displaying a nested, bullet-point list of records. We need this to be converted to a CSV file with the nesting intact, so depending on how many the record is within, dictates how far into the spreadsheet it is indented.

For example, this -


Record 1 Hello


Record 2 Hallo
Record 3 Bonjour

Record 4 Ahn Yong

Record 5 Hola


Would become this -

,Record 1, Hello
,Record 2, Hallo
,Record 3, Bonjour
,,Record 4, Ahn Yong
,Record 5, Hola

Extra notes: Its a ~53mb HTML file. The example is a very basic one, the actual file will require some additional changes and the nesting can reach multiple levels deep.
