Quick job: conversion of a Javascript function found on http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/tools/payinghmrc/paye-current-year.htm to work as an Excel VBA function
MUST BE COMPLETE BY 10:00 GMT ON March 24th. Late delivery not acceptable.
I want you to create a function in Excel VBA called "ValidPAYEReference", which takes one string input 'PAYEReference', which is the full PAYE reference number to validate - e.g. '123PA00045678'.
The function will return either "valid" or "invalid" as a string.
The function will validate the reference number by checking the check character. See getReference() function in the above web page for details.
