Constructing SharePoint 2010 HTML publishing site with custom query-bound webparts

General information for the business: We provide architecture consulting and managed modelling services and help organisations develop quality, trusted and structured information that can be easily shared and disseminated to support better decision making and consistent communication.
Description of every module: The goal is to periodically publish business modelling content to a SharePoint Document Library. When publishing all selected architectural viewpoints e.g. lists, matrices, diagrams etc... are updated by a set of pre-cooked queries that are triggered by a publish.

The publish consist of a basic standard HTML output in both graphical and textual format. By applying post-processing techniques the basic look & feel has to be enhanced significantly (javascript, css, ...)

The task consist of assisting our in-house developer to complete a POC for a SharePoint Publishing Solution (SPS).
