Connect a Google spreadsheet to an API

I need a google spreadsheet connecting to an api, I will give the details to the selected bidder of this task. Please only bid if you can do the talk for £10 - £25 (in full)

From within that spreadsheet I will need:

1. Two features to change the view of the data
2. The spreadsheet will then list 3 data point

These above requirements will be given to who ever is offered to do this task.
