Configure Webservice (Python x PHP)

We need a professional with full knowledge in Python to configure our webservice.

We have ready the script as attached here, what we need is what I describe next:

1- Register your phone and get the password with like this:
> yowsup-cli registration --requestcode sms --phone CCXXXXXXXX - cc CC -E android
# After getting the sms code (in this example: 123456)
> yowsup-cli registration --register 123456 - phone CCXXXXXXXX --cc CC -E

In our PHP platform we will have to be able to send these commands to the API server

2- The credentials have the "credentials" field where user and pwd are informed, we must define the endpoint for this user and password to be sent by our PHP panel

3- The attached file "message_receive" should be configured webservice so that we can capture, in json, the received data

Is this our initial need, as you can see just set up, the server is up and running.
