Complete a php app, add some new features

Hi

I have a 90% completed web app. I need some features fixed and some new items added as my last developer is not available any more.

Items needed are:

- Add confirmation dialog to “delete” function
- Fix splash image modal window so it only shows when “show image” is clicked
- Add input validation
- Test form submission process
- Add user sign-up/login/log out system and “my account” functions
- Add image upload function
- Add google fonts to "title" option
- Test and integrate FB Comments
- Add optional “share” and “invite friends” functions

The main criteria for this task is: you MUST be able to start work on this today and work quickly.
