Compile one Boost Method for Mac

I have successfully compiled Boost 1.62 Malinowski method using command line and .bat file for Windows.

I would like to ask to compile the same boost method for mac.
This is the instructions for windows that works, but I do not know how to do it for mac.


Instructions:

Download files:

Compiling minkowski.dll
Replace with your real BOOST (1.62) path in compile.bat

Example:
cl /Ox ..... -I "C:\boost_1_62_0" /LD minkowski.cc

Run compile.bat using Developer Command Prompt for Visual Studio

Result:
I need to receive a working minkowski.dll file for mac users.
