CODE USING KENDO UI TO ALLOW USERS TO GRAPHICALLY BUILD A GRID LAYOUT

General information for the business: Cynopsis is a content indifferent system for monitoring and reporting business intelligence in the financial sector.
Description of requirements/functionality: We want the user to see a grid on the screen. The user should then be able to right click and create a view-port for any section of the grid, and drag to expand the view-port over multiple cells. The user should then be able to save the grid layout with a name and reuse it later to create pages of content served from a database.

i. Create a 3x12 grid representation on an HTML screen, preferably using js and Kendo UI
ii. Write class to allow drag-to-expand/contract for selected view-port
iii. Write class to convert selection into HTML code. Class shoud create {{field_id}} bounded fields with unique field_ids to allow additional code to be inserted from other classes and functions.

Each div should have unique id and class tags to allow design to be done by subsequent teams.
