Code to auto-sort files in one folder into multiple sub-folders,

I have 100s of files in one folder with the following filename

0-18060099
0-18085203
0-19356160
1-18060099
1-18085203
1-19356160
2-18060099
2-18085203
2-19356160
...
...
...
99-18060099
99-18085203
99-19356160
100-18060099
100-18085203
100-19356160
...
and so on

As you see, from the naming convention of the files, the first digit repeats 3 times and moves down chronologically from 0 to 100 and beyond.

I would like to autosort these files into folders based on their count. So for example, all the first 30 files into folder 1, then the next 30 files into folder 2, then the next 30 files into folder 3, etc.

I would like the ability to also change the number of files im putting into each folder; like instead of 30 files, 90 files, or 180 files, etc (basically any number i want)

If possible, i would like this autosort functionality to be automated, so i dont have to run an executable file each time, but instead as files automatically get dropped into my main folder the tool automatically groups and sorts the files as they are dropped in the folder.

any solution that works in windows when i copy the files in the main folder is fine. I need it in 10 hours
