CNC G-code Expert for Custom Furniture Fabrication

We are seeking an experienced CNC G-code expert to assist with the programming and optimization of G-code for our custom furniture designs. Immersive Haus specializes in creating bespoke furniture, and we require precise G-code instructions for CNC machining of wood, fiberglass, and other materials used in our designs.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and optimize G-code for CNC machines based on our 3D models.
Collaborate with our design team to ensure accurate translation of designs into CNC-ready files.
Provide guidance on toolpath strategies, machine setup, and cutting speeds to maximize efficiency and material usage.
Troubleshoot any issues during the CNC machining process and recommend improvements.
Ensure all G-code programs meet safety standards and machine specifications.
Requirements:

Proven experience in CNC programming, particularly with woodworking
Proficiency in G-code creation and modification.
Strong knowledge of CNC machines, toolpaths, feeds, and speeds.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and 3D models (experience with 3ds Max, Rhino, or AutoCAD preferred).
Attention to detail and a focus on precision.
Availability for ongoing collaboration on future projects.
