Click to SMS widget for Shopify store

Need a small simple widget coded for shopify store that will allow customers to contact us via SMS. Only to be shown on mobile, when the customer clicks the widget a new text message will open with phone number pre-filled.

Would be rectangular in shape with text / icon. Must be able to edit colours, font, location via css.

Timescale wise as quick as possible. Immediate start preferred.
