General information for the website: Am looking for a website, Iphone and android app like of OLX / Quikr to post and browse local free and paid classified ads.

I am looking for a website, Iphone and android app developer to build a like for like of gumtree or olx to post and browse local free and paid classified ads.

Please have a look at both the Gumtree or OLX app and website to understand my requirements:

-Direct competition with such companies as gumtree and olx

-Will have added features/premium listings/extra categories

-post ads with uploaded photos and geolocation data

-browsing and searching by categories and/or location

-user friendly and easy navigation on all platforms

-Respond to ads by email, phone & messaging within app

-in English language, registration / login required to post but not to browse

-login via the app or via Facebook/Gmail

must be fully maintainable by myself or my team.

updates and such will be required in future at my cost but not necessary.

I will provide logos and website domain name.

If you have done a classified sites before then please share your experiences with me.

    I've gone through your requirements aud understood and I'm glad to tell you that we've worked on similar website and apps.But I've few questions:-

    :- This budget is for website and both the app or this is for individual technologies?

    :- Would you preferred to build in CORE PHP or WordPress?

    :- What different and unique functionalities you want in your website so that it defeat the existing website? Because we also love to take challenges.I'll suggest you to give the functionality of call in app.First user vendor request for call and if the client accept there request then they can talk by the app calling.

    :- You can add one feature as well if you preferred "you can give the option to the client to add video as well of the selling product"?

    :- Do you preferred to integrate with Amazon eBay such kind of app?

    I've more better suggestion to make your website more efficient and user friendly and user to take interest.
