Cisco 7960 flash to sip

i need my cisco 7960 flashed to sip protocall and setup for my voip server iv been trying to do it for about 3 weeks now and its just not happened i do not have a cisco account nor do i want one i bought the phone im not paying to use it having bought it i have got it reading off my tftpd setup but i think i have the wrong firmware this is likely a 10 min job for someone with a idea of what it needs please dont bid crazy amounts as im just going to bin the phone if its to expensive to get working
