Chrome Extension for Search - Language Learning

The goal is to create a Chrome extension which places a menu item in the right-click context menu. The extension searches for the highlighted word on http://en.pons.eu/ (RussianEnglish). If that website is already open in a tab, it uses the open tab.

A second context menu item searches for the highlighted word on Google Image Search and http://www.forvo.com/. If those websites are already open in tabs, it uses the open tabs. It should be able to handle cyrillic characters such as the word идея. It should not be confused by the stress marks on the Russian words on the Pons website.

I have some programming experience and assume this should be a fairly simple task, I just don't have the time to do it myself. I am a private individual who will use this for private use and will share it with friends if they are interested.
