Christmas letter

I have designed a page of text which I wish to print by laser printer onto a preprinted page this includes 3 sections of about 4 words which will always change with every print...I need a program that will allow me to enter the new words into each field from a user friendly screen and will adjust the text to the length of the words entered this program will run on a computer with windows vista installed
