Changing existing chrome extension to work with zoho desk

Hello ,Our firm looking for a developer to work for long term.
with knowledge and experience with chrome extensions

We currently have a working chrome extension that adds the functionality of click2call on zoho crm,
basically it looks for mobile/phone fields in a few places in html , then it extracts the id of the record from the url and on click
sends it to the server via ajax.
plugin also has setup screen with a few fields
it also communicates with the server via socket io.

we need to extend it to zoho desk and do all these for zoho desk:
allow click to call from contact, account and ticket (find the phone via id or css tag and add our link )
also it should allow redirecting to specific contact/ticket if the server sends it
we also need to add to combo fields into the setup , user type , extension type.

we got all the project ready with all task and description in jira
