Change the permalinks on 6 items

Hi

I need the permalinks changed on 5 items on the homepage of http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/

The items currently link to a portfolio page but I need them to link to specific URLS in the site.

From left to right, top to bottom:

a) http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/portfolio/bridal-packages/
to http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/bridal-packages/

b) empty link
to http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/gallery/

c) http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/portfolio/one/
to http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/latest-bridal-collection/

d. No change

e) http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/portfolio/press-and-media/
to http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/press-media

f) http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/portfolio/our-services/
to http://mehndi2.lcnwebdesign4.co.uk/services/

This needs to be complete in the net1.5 hours so please don't bid if you're not happy with the time or the price. I cannot be flexible on either.
