Canvas animation to video web app

I need a small web app that converts a canvas animation to video, using this process:

1. Convert the canvas animation to a image sequence.

2. Convert the image sequence to a .mp4 video using ffmpeg (http://ffmpeg-php.sourceforge.net) and add an mp3 audio to the video.
