Calendar spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet that has multiple calendars on it.
They have event dates and has conditional formatting changing colors every time you add or change a date.
What I need is that every change in every sheet reflects automatically on the sheets SPORTING 2021 and SNT 2021
In this copy only the internal color/font color and border not the conditional formatting (This is important)
The range changes:
Example sheet:
MNT 2021 E5:AI5 (Month of January) this will copy internal color/font color and border to SPORTING 2021 E6:AI6 and SNT 2021 E6:AI6
MNT 2021 E6:AI6 (Month of February) this will copy internal color/font color and border to SPORTING 2021 E17:AI17 and SNT 2021 E8:AI8
And this consecutively until December

SPORTING 2021 will receive copies from cells color from following sheets:
MNT 2021, WNT 2021, YNT 2021, ENT 2021
SNT 2021 will receive copies from cells color from following sheets:
MNT 2021, WNT 2021

Note that YNT 2021 and ENT 2021 have more that one line, I need that all lines be copied (colors) to destination sheets.

I have provided some code example, but I had trouble to repeat this to other lines and sheets.
