C# Windows

Task 1
I need a C# console application that will monitor and notify of any drive and mobile device (iPhone,iPad & Android device) connected and disconnected to a windows computer (Win7, Win8 & Win10 all versions).

OnConnect it must respond with:
A formatted string which will be converted to object/array in other applications we have in use here. Details such as "connected","device id","drive letter","path","drive name/label","isUSBDevice","isMobile" etc etc

OnDisconnect it must respond with:
A formatted string which will be converted to object/array in other applications we have in use here. Details such as "disconnected","device id","drive letter", "path","drive name/label", etc etc

All code must be lightly code commented (in english), usage documentation, any setup documented, any libraries used must be documented and be cleanly programmed and work in Visual Studio 2017


Task 2
I need a C# console application that will:

1. When given a path return the directory data of any drive on a windows 7 or newer os, mobile included. Data required will be "drive","isUsbDevice","isMobile","path","isFolder","isFile","label","ext","size"

2. When given a path to an image on any drive, usb drive or mobile device it will open that image in the associated windows application.

All code must be lightly code commented (in english), usage documentation, any setup documented, any libraries used must be documented and be cleanly programmed and work in Visual Studio 2017
