General information for the business: need a treeview feed from a server
Description of requirements/functionality: hi

I am looking for a C# v4 WPF Developer to kick-off a project

It needs Avalondock window with a Panel, that panel has a treeview and a menu bar with Refresh which would call the server.

the treeview will be created using spec from a JSON web server call.

The JSON will change so nodes need to be added / removed to reflect the changes received and the nodes remain open / closed as the User changed it. The tree MUST NOT BE REBUILT ON EVERY SERVER CALL.

The code must use MVVM and NO CODE-BEHIND XAML at all.

To get paid I would need the SLN, CSPROJ and all files to be able to build and run using Visual Studio Community Edition.
