I need to create 10 programs using C (see attached) that manipulate audio and image files.
The aim is to use structures, functions and arrays
I have attached a wav file that is in the correct format, so that it may be transformed by code that is ideally contained within a function. Q1 of section A has been completed (see attached assignmentA1 rtf file), however the code needs to be refined into structures and functions. I have started to do this - but need advice and guidance on best approach.
The Freelancer is not to produce the Programming, I only need tutoring and guidance.
