C# developer - quick help

Objectives/Deliverables: I have 2 technical questions I need methods designed for. They are both simple math for a senior developer. One a math function and one about counting the number of bits in a number. I could do with two buttons on a form and text boxes so I can pass values to each and then pop up message boxes showing the output. The methods would be 10-20 lines long.
Timescales: By Monday eve. preferably.
Skillset needed: C#, Visual C# forms.
