C# coding for order management

C# programming where it should be a code where it allows the user to login and the see what orders have been placed and they confirm it once the order has been confirmed and should be able to add edit delete for more products and etc. Also it should automatically reduce stock count when an order has been confirmed. It is a code for the order management team. Should use a 3 layer architecture and SQL database. I have attached an image if you see the video it should be something similar to this with extra features such as you should be a list thing and etc. more detail I’ll be given.
