Hello, I am looking for an HR Website to be made. It should be a little bit like BrightHR. It should have 3 types of accounts. Employees, Managers and Certifi Employees. Certifi will be the company it is made for.

Employees should have access to the following categories: Pay Slips, Rotas, and Absence Requests.
Managers should have access to the following catagories: Payroll Management, Rota Management, Absence Request Management, Employee Management.
Certifi Staff should have access to access any staff & manager account with the click of a button. They should be able to see all users.

Employees should be assigned a manager account. There should also be options to disable certain features from certain accounts but only Certifi Staff should be able to do that.

Page Infomation -
Payslips: Should show pay infomation which will be inputted on the manager account.
Rotas: Should show any published rotas their manager has assigned to them.
Absence Requests: Allows the employees to choose dates of absence, they will get the option of Anual Leave or sickness. These will be pending until approved by their manager.

Payroll Management: Allows a manager to send out the employee payslip to their account. They should be able to input the payed amount and upload a .pdf file which is their payslip.
Rota Management: Allows a manager to create. schedule and assigned employees to specific days on a rota.
Abcense Request Management: View absence requests from their assigned employee and should be able to change the status to the following:
- Pending
- Accepted
- Denied
Employee Management: Allow them to view their assigned employees. They also should have the option to add the following fields to their account. They should also be able to make employee accounts, but with a limit that a Certifi Employee can set:
- Full Name
- Prefered Name
- Date of Birth
- National Insurance Number
- Gender
- Sex
- Address
- Email Address
- Telephone number
