I need a programmer who can help create a simulation of a simple business process in python using simpy.
The process has 5 steps and attempts to model the transitions between these steps for a set of locations. There are some constraints around those transitions.
The code needs to be parameterised, simple to amend, and documented clearly with comments in english. I expect that it will take ~ 1hr to complete.
