Bus Simulation Algorithm

I need a Java programmer, preferably using Eclipse IDE to write a program/algorithm for a discrete event simulation of a bus that goes around picking up passengers. Output includes the code (with comments), a README file (explaining what we are doing), and a report with plots. We can work on the report part together.
I am including reference material for what you would need to do, e.g., create a heap, create certain classes, etc so that it is easier for you to understand this.
