Background
The Company is looking to implement Bullhorn CRM API http://bullhorn.github.io/docs/ into their product allowing users to import and export employee’s data from the database.
General objectives
• Implement two-way communication Bullhorn CRM API:
• Track each API call in app.
o Add new item “API calls” into menu “Admin”
o Admin can set access to this page via User’s profile page.
o Show each API call on a table with following data:
▪ Date and time
▪ Status
• Success
• Error
▪ Client name
▪ API key
▪ API call details
o Admin can view all records.
o Non-admin users can view only their records.
o Allow user to download xlsx list with API calls for selected date range.
• Users can add and manage multiple API keys.
o Add new item “API keys” into menu “Admin”.
o Admin can set access to this page via User’s profile page.
o Each API key has separate auth credentials.
• Data imported into the database show as application form.
o Show imported data for each key as an application form.
o Ensure same, current functionality is applied to API applications.
▪ Exclude Requests and Office Use Only.
• Allow user to export data via an API in one of two ways:
o Export data automatically upon Vetting file status change.
o Export data when selected option “Bullhorn API Export” in menu Actions.
▪ All personal data from employee’s profile including uploaded documentation.
▪ All vetting file data including uploaded documentation.
