Build wordpress site from PSD design files

Due to work load I need to find someone to complete the following project.

I have attached the design and the key would be it being built accessible for people with disability and have the following functionality: -

- website site build on the Wordpress content management system including the following functionality
- Training session booking (wordpress plugin up for debate)
- Mailchimp newsletter integration
- Blog
- Twitter feed on website
- Donations taken through paypal (A single page with a dontate buttons for a varying amounts.)

WCAG AA is the accessibility standard we would need

The training session will be similar functionality to
