Build E-card website (with email distribution system)

I require a UK based worker, credit card verified, with good feedback - start ASAP, deadline mid October. I currently have a related e-commerce site but would like a separate website coded for e-cards that would involve purchasing then integration with the current payment gateway. The design of the site would be roughly the same as the existing site (so much of the same coding could be used, but it would operate independently).

It would involve a system to preview the e-cards, select quantity (displaying price), then enter text and upload an image to personalise their e-card and preview that using dynamic content loaded into the e-card with XML.

The site would also have a spreadsheet upload facility for contacts. There would be an admin system required for the server to distribute html emails to the contacts, which would contain a link to the e-card, that the recipient could view on our server. The server would monitor view numbers and provide reports so we could charge accordingly. As mentioned, we have a current Worldpay gateway, which this would integrate into.

This is roughly mapping out what is required, but it's unknown territory and there may be some unforeseen issues, so I may need you to give some input/fill some blanks. I've made preview images for how the front-end will operate/look.
