Build an Online Business Card designer using HTML5

I am after someone that can build something similar to:

I don't care about the editor background.

Key points are that I can
a) save each of the individual elements and load them back in (ie to continue editing). Exporting to a JSON is sufficient.

b) select from an image from a predefined set of images (like a clipart library)

c) import and resize imported images

Bonus would be to export this as a print ready PDF, (CMYK - PDF-X/1A) with cropmarks.
