Build a Python Analysis

Data set to use: https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Communities+and+Crime

Objective: Develop multiple regression models to predict ViolentCrimesPerPop. The model should use any four variables from medIncome, agePct16t24, pctWSocSec, medFamInc, NumUnderPov, OfficAssgnDrugUnits, and PolicOperBudg.

Develop a Jupyter notebook project file that has the following.
Deliverables:
Script to read data file into data frames
Script to attach column names to data series in the data frame
Mark the missing data as NaN
Create histograms for all the dependent variables and the independent variable
Create a correlations matrix and color code the matrix
Split the data for model development and for model testing
Create a regression model using the dataset for model development. Use any four independent variables
Apply the model on the data set for testing
Compute mean absolute error
