Build a Hostinger-style Website (Frontend + PHP Admin for Plans)

I need a responsive website similar in layout and style to Hostinger’s landing page.
Key requirements:

Frontend

Modern responsive landing page (HTML5, CSS3, minimal JS)

Sections: Hero, Features, Pricing Plans, Contact form, Footer

Design inspired by Hostinger, but with my own branding, colors, logo, and text

Pricing Plans (dynamic via PHP/MySQL)

Plans must be stored in a MySQL table

Public site should display plans dynamically (title, price, billing period, features, CTA button)

Simple admin panel (password protected) to Add / Edit / Delete plans

Admin panel should be PHP (no heavy frameworks), easy to use

Extra Features

Multi-language support: Ability to switch between languages (example: English, Urdu, Arabic). Content should come from database or language files.

Banners management: Hero section banners/images/text should also be manageable from the admin panel.

Backend / Technical

PHP 7.4+ or PHP 8.x, MySQL database

Secure coding (prepared statements, sanitized input, hashed admin password)

Contact form via PHP mail() or third-party service (Formspree etc.)

Code must be cPanel-ready (upload to public_html and run without extra setup)
