Build a gallery, for a php webpage, powered by flickr, using specific set keywords

There is a complex version called Slickr Flickr, that does a complex version of what I want.

Basically, I need what I think is called an API building, that connects my website and my flickr account together!

1) I upload photos to my flickr account.
2) for specific photos I set a key word
3) your code, checks all photos, and searches for those that use this keyword
4) it then populates a gallery on my web-page, with those photos only, that have the keyword in their description.

I need to have easy ability to change the keyword, or even work with more then one.
