BreatheHR integration with Zapier/Slack

We have moved from Timetastic which provided a customisable daily update into our slack channels to BreatheHR and need similar functionality. We additionally use Zapier so if an integration (that provides the same functionality) can be built for there then that would also be suitable.

I have attached an example of the settings that can be configured in Timetastic, in lieu of the 'Department' field from Timetastic we would look to be able to filter by the department field and the location field in BreatheHR.

As per the screenshot we would need to be able to configure
- which channel to post to
- which department
- which location
- what time of day to post

We need to be able to set up multiple items, for example the department Sales in location Head Office should be able to post to #sales and additionally the department Finance in location Accountants should be able to post in to #finance.

Budget has been set as a guideline, but depending on the solution proposed can be flexible.
