BIg Data Experts with exp in Search, Apache Solr

General information for the business: We are into creating a search based algorithm which will use Apache Solr to give us outputs in mili seconds.
Description of requirements/functionality: We want a big data expert who can perform a search operation in tera bytes of text data in seconds. He would be required to create clusters nodes etc in our own premises. A daily day end report has to be sent.
Specific technologies required: apache solr, elastic search
OS requirements: Windows, Linux
Extra notes: We want a big data expert who can perform a search operation in tera bytes of text data in seconds. Experienced in Apache Solr, Elastic Search and should be comfortable in creating clusters on our own premises.
