Betting - Scrape Live Prices From Two or More Different Betting Sites (Bf/Pinnacle)

Description of every module: To develop a basic program that scrapes and updates the live odds from both betfair and another betting platform. Specifically just the match betting markets from tennis matches and the program must also highlight certain occurrences in the market price. I.e when certain odds differ enough between companies. This will be for live betting purposes, so prices change quickly and the program must update with those changes.
Description of requirements/functionality: Must update live prices with little or no delay. Must highlight certain differences (for example when X bookmaker shows the price of 1.5 and betfair shows the maximum price of 1.44 (we would like the program to alert us when this and other scenarios occur). This initial program will lead to further development opportunities if successful.
