To develop a web application in PHP / MySQL using the betfair free api.

Application to :

Build and store a list of today's horse racing events, races, win and place markets for a list of countries that can be separately maintained. Initially this will just be IRE and GB.

Allow win and place markets to be selected/deselected in a list of all markets.
Allow RFC, W/O and other special markets to be hidden/displayed at the global level.


Allow horses to be selectable as to be bet on (win or lay) with rules on prices (at least price 1.2,
at most price 5, for example).

Store market prices every 10 minutes.

Identify horses highly rated in the timeform ratings

Identify price movement.

Place bets



I already have written code in greasemonkey/jquery to extract much of the information required, and some php for storage and retrieval.
